Overview

At Al-Hidaayah Academy, we place great importance on physical education as part of a balanced student life. Each day begins with 15 minutes of morning exercise to help students stay active and focused. Weekly PE lessons provide structured physical training, skill-building, and encourage teamwork. We aim to develop strong, disciplined, and health-conscious individuals.

Morning Exercise

Every morning, students in our school begin their day with a 15-minute exercise session. This daily routine helps to energise the body and mind, improve focus in class, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s stretching, jogging, or simple aerobics, the morning exercise sets a positive tone for the rest of the school day.

Interhouse Sports Competition

Our school’s interhouse sports games are a highly anticipated annual event where students from different houses compete in a wide variety of sports, including football, volleyball, table tennis, and more. It all ends with the grand medal-awarding ceremony, where outstanding athletes and winning houses are celebrated for their performance and dedication throughout the games.

Inter-School Competitions

At Al-Hidaayah Academy, our students proudly represent the school in a variety of inter-school competitions that challenge their skills, boost their confidence, and broaden their horizons beyond the school walls.
